Full-Time | 35 hours per week | Permanent | Wage Range: $33.77 – $44.46 per hour (based on experience)

Scw’exmx Child and Family Services Society (SCFSS) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist provides support in retention and recognition strategies, succession planning, and cultural onboarding, from professional development to performance evaluations.

The HR Generalist is responsible for personnel file maintenance, generating a variety of reports, policy and procedure development, and managing extended employee leave requests. This role ensures quality human resource services by following organizational, cultural, and employment standards while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
