HR Manager


A hybrid/flexible work from home arrangement may be considered, noting hours of work are non-standard and connected to the organization, services, and communities’ needs.

 

Salary Range: $86,000 - $122,000

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. The HR Manager performs HR duties on a professional level, and works closely with all levels of staff and community to support the organization. The HR Manager’s core duties include recruitment, hiring, orientation and onboarding, training and development administration, performance evaluations, administration of performance management, inclusion of retention and succession planning, and human resource file maintenance.

Men's Group Coordinator

 

Full-time | Permanent

35 hours per week | 8:30 - 4:30 | Monday – Friday | Evening / weekend hours required at times

Starting wage commensurate with experience | Range: $30.52 - $38.63

Reporting to the Family Wellness Team Leader, the Men’s Group Coordinator is responsible for the SCFSS Men’s Group Program and will work closely with the Men’s Group Advisory Committee. Development of the Advisory Committee will ensure representative from all 6 (six ) member communities, including Urban; The Committee will act as an advisory to the Program and will meet regularly. The Men’s Group Coordinator will build a directory of resources for the Program that includes Knowledge Keepers, traditional and cultural practices, and contact information for similar Men’s Groups throughout the province. The Coordinator will facilitate program implementation, providementorship, and collaboration for the Men’s Group Program. The position ensures nłeʔkepmx and syilx Nation’s perspectives, knowledge, and approaches to wellness and family strengthening are honoured.
